END OF LIFE NOTICE:
The NOX and UOX series connectors will go out of production in June 2017. The replacements are the NHX and UHX Series Connectors. Direct any Questions to Temperature Application Engineering

Available with a color-coded glaze (NOX) or unglazed white (UOX), these ceramic connectors conform to ANSI and OMEGA standards. UOX connectors should be used when glazed ceramic or nylon connectors would contaminate vacuum systems. Temperature is limited only by the hardware. CHROMEGA ® -ALOMEGA ® , Iron-Constantan and CHROMEGA ® -Constantan can be used at temperatures up to 650°C (1200°F) and Copper-Constantan can be used accurately over its entire calibration range of 400°C (752°F). Noble metal and refractory metal calibrations are limited by the compensating alloys to ambient use of 260°C (500°F). Accuracies may exceed limits of error if a temperature gradient exists across the connector.

Can these connectors be used for 110 VAC? What is the max current thru these connectors? What is material of the connector body?

Asked by: Makar57
Thank you for your inquiry. No, this connector cannot be used for 110 VAC. They are designed for low level millivolt thermocouple signals.
